The Lok Sabha approved the bills on 17th of September, 2020
And
The Rajya Sabha approved the bills on 20th of September, 2020

- The Farmers’ Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act,
- The Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act
- The Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Act.
