Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (part I and II) is the most essential Competitive Examination for all students who have completed D.El.Ed. OR B.Ed.

OTET is the gate way for teachers to join any Government Schools in Odisha. Besides, Teachers interested to teach in higher classes (IX-X) are supposed to clear OSSTET (Odisha State Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test).

Teachers looking forward to join Central Government Schools like OAVS/KVS/Navodaya Vidyalaya need to complete OSSTET or CTET (Part-II).

It is understood that Board of Secondary Education is preparing to conduct OTET examination by August – September,2021 as no OTET examination has been conducted after 2018 (While OTET examination is usually conducted twice a year).
